Coroner identifies Goose Creek man pulled unresponsive from ocean on Folly Beach
Joan Ramon Ortega, 33, of Goose Creek was pulled unresponsive from the ocean at Folly Beach and died Sunday at James Island Emergency Department. The Charleston County Coroner's Office identified him on Wednesday.
